He performed my thermostat replacement in a timely manner and was very friendly and willing to explain and show me the process of the replacement. Most auto shops in the area wanted to charge me over $500 for this repair and had no availability to schedule me, but Shannon charged me almost half of that and I was able to schedule an appointment with him the next day!
